Summer Community Gathering

Join us for some good old-fashioned fun with your neighbors, old and new! The library is partnering with other local organizations to host a family-friendly afternoon on the lawn where the MERF walking trail is, right next to the library. Several organizations will have displays attended by representatives, so you can learn about their various missions.

Corn hole ~ Badminton ~ 3-legged races ~ Watermelon seed spittin' contest ~ Water balloon toss ~ & more!

** PIE BAKING CONTEST! **
Bring your “Homemade” pie in a 9” disposable pie tin at NOON (sharp!) on Saturday, July 28, to Cynthia Stinson at Moon Lake Library. Fill out your entry card once you get there. There is no entry fee. Pies will be judged on presentation, taste and flakiness of the crust. Ribbons will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners. Winners will be announced at 1 pm.

There will be a pie social immediately following the announcement!
